To change your tickets free of charge, please visit Vietnam Airlines’ ticket offices in person or contact the customer service hotline (Cre: Mai Huong).
The service is applicable to flight tickets purchased through Vietnam Airlines’ ticket offices, agents, official website, or mobile application with departure dates between the 29th of February and the 30th of April, 2020. To change your tickets free of charge, please visit Vietnam Airlines’ ticket offices in person or contact the customer service hotline 1900 1100 (if calling from Vietnam) or +84 2438 320 320 (if calling from overseas).
