This is the peak harvest season for Canh oranges – a thin-skinned, sweet, and pleasant-smelling variety of orange that is popular in Vietnam. About 2,000 kgs of Canh oranges are expected to be consumed on VNA flights during the aforesaid period.

To offer passengers the freshest, premium quality oranges, VNA has selected those harvested from VietGap certified farms of Luc Ngan District, Bac Giang Province – the largest fruit-growing area in the North, gifted with a spectacular climate and fertile soil that favors fruit cultivation. These oranges are also food safety certified, meaning they are free of pathogens and prohibited insecticides and pesticides.

Recently, VNA has introduced passengers to a variety of fresh seasonal fruits harvested from all over the country, for example, green-skinned pomelo, Hoa Loc mango, Tay Ninh melon, Binh Thuan dragon fruit, Luc Ngan litchi, and Hung Yen longan. The Four seasons of fruit – Four seasons of love program has not only promoted Vietnamese specialties and culture but has also generated consumer demand for Vietnamese fruits.
