The award ceremony took place in a cozy yet dignified ambiance at the headquarters of VACS with the participation of Mr. Lee Dong Ho, Asiana Airlines representative in Ho Chi Minh City, and VACS’ Board of Directors.

In 2019, VACS served on over 700 flights in a safe manner, contributing to the service quality assurance of Asiana Airlines with only one complaint per 205,000 servings – a remarkable customer satisfaction rate.
