1. Avoid contact with any confirmed or suspected nCoV infection case (showing symptoms such as fever, cough, and shortness of breath).
2. All employees coming back from China must self-quarantine for 14 days, starting from the day of returning to Vietnam.
3. People who have been in close contact with a confirmed or suspected nCoV infection case or show symptoms of nCoV infection must self-quarantine for 14 days starting from the day of contact, and should avoid contact with others and notify the Group’s or the department’s infirmary for advice, support, and instructions.

5. Wash your hands frequently with soap; clean personal items with regular detergents; wear a face mask at public places or on transportation.
6. Home quarantine instructions
- Absolutely do not leave home or quarantine location;
- Avoid close contact with other people. In case contact is necessary, keep a distance of over two meters and wear a face mask properly;
- Measure body temperature at least three times a day to monitor fever;
- When showing symptoms such as fever, cough, and shortness of breath, immediately notify the Group’s or the department’s infirmary for advice, support, and instructions.
7. The Departments and units provide face masks and liquid handwash or alcohol-based hand sanitizer according to the recommendations of the Ministry of Health.
Employees have been provided with hand sanitizers in front of the meeting rooms, offices, and in the corridors (Cre: Mai Huong).
8. All departments and units carry out sterilization and disinfection in their common areas and public areas.
On the evening of the 4th of February, the sterilization and disinfection started at the Headquarters (Cre: Mai Huong).
9. All departments and units are to regularly monitor the health status of their employees in quarantine and report to the Head Office (Email: corona.vp@vietnamairlines.com).
10. Medical units must follow the notification and reporting procedures according to the Ministry of Health’s Circular No. 54/2015/TT-BYT dated the 28th of December, 2015 on the procedures of notification and reporting of infectious diseases and other documents on disease notification and reporting. The documents are then to be sent to the local Preventive Medicine Center and the Disease Prevention and Control Steering Committee of the Group via the Head Office.
