Getting between the Terminals
The “NIA-Shuttle bus” is Noi Bai International Airport’s free shuttle bus service which connects the T1 Domestic and T2 International Terminal. The service currently operates every 15-30 minutes.
The shuttle bus journey between terminals at the public area takes about 8-10 minutes and operates every day from 6am until 01.30am the next day.
Location:
T1 Domestic: The shuttle bus stop is located in Lobby A, Arrivals level, Domestic Terminal (T1); departs from 6am until 23.30pm.
T2 International: The shuttle bus stop is located near column 16-18, lane 2, Arrivals level, International Terminal (T2); departs from 7.30am – 01.30am the next day.

Note:
– Follow the signage system, in case you need more information, please seek assistance from the airlines’ ground service staff or airport staff (staff at the information counter, aviation security staff…) to get to the right location in order to take the shuttle bus.
– Pick up the shuttle bus at the right pick-up points at Tenninal Ti and Terminal T2.
– Avoid using non-licensed taxi (some passengers had to pay lots of money for such illegal taxi services to travel between the two airports). When experiencing any related difficulty, please immediately contact the Noi Bai International Airport’s Security force at the nearest location for assistance.
– Check your baggage carefully before getting on and after getting off the bus.
– Passengers are encouraged to download and use iNIA application on smart mobile phones to track information about flight, flight time, flight date, check-in counter, departure gate or any change of flight. Tracking flight information via iNIA will help passengers move to the shuttle bus pick-up location timely, accurately and quickly.
