From 7:00 am on the 4th of February, passengers whose nationalities are not Vietnamese having been in China or transited in China within 14 days before entering Vietnam will be denied entrance. Passengers with Vietnamese nationality will still be allowed to enter, but they have to follow the medical instructions and requirements at the Airport where they enter.

Previously, VNA has resumed operating flight routes between Vietnam and Taiwan since the 2nd of February. Regarding flight routes to Hong Kong, the Airline continues to operate as normal the flights between Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Hong Kong from the 2nd to the 5th of February, then it will temporarily suspend the operation of the Hanoi – Hong Kong route.
Regarding the Ho Chi Minh City – Hong Kong route, after the 5th of February, VNA will continue the daily operation as usual, at the same time, closely monitoring the travel demand to adjust the flights’ frequency accordingly. The operation of flights between Hanoi and Macau was resumed from the 2nd of February and will be resuspended temporarily from the 5th of February.
In addition, JPA is operating as normal the flights between Hanoi and Hong Kong until the end of the 5th of February. As for the Vietnam – Taiwan route, the Airline is operating as usual.
