To be honest, I often take direct flight from Berlin since I’m not fond of long distance travel. But this time, as our family had an urgent matter, when I intended to book my usual airline, my daughter told me that "Mom, you don’t look so well recently, this time let me book Vietnam Arlines for you, I guarantee you will love it…"

Thinking about getting up early and riding the train for more than 4 hours from Berlin to Frankfurt Main, then to Hauptbahnhof station did leave me with hesitation, since there were a lot of luggages and I did not know the way to the airport.

Understanding my concerns, my son-in-law encouraged me and told me not to worry, that I only needed to get on the train then nap for a while before arriving. After that, there would be buses waiting to pick me up and take me to luggage check-in. 

Indeed, my experience with Vietnam Airlines was wonderful: the plane took off and flew smoothly without noise. I was especially satisfied with the services, and I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one. The cabin crew was very nice and warm. Evening meal and  breakfast were delicious, with plenty of drinks, coffee, tea, cola, soft drinks, and even wine. 

For those who wish to learn about Vietnam through movie and music, you will be very happy to fly with Vietnam Airlines, because even if you spend your whole flight time exploring the entertainment system, you can’t possibly browse everything. Every time I clicked on a program, the announcer’s voice resonated in my ear: "Vietnam Arlines fly with you to reach new heights. With the convenient online service, with the top crew in Asia, with technological breakthrough, bringing you the best experience full of excitement – Vietnam Arlines, reach further". 

Next time, I will certainly choose Vietnam Arlines as my carrier and advise my friends to do the same, all because of the excellent services: quick airport procedures, kind and helpful staffs always ready to tend to your needs.
