Doctors are closely monitoring twenty-two staff members, representatives of the China branch, and their families, who have returned from the epidemic area.
The only case of compulsory quarantine is a flight crew with two pilots and 12 flight attendants. They worked on two flights, including the Zhengzhou – Nha Trang flight on 23rd January, and vice versa on 28th January. At the moment, they’re being monitored following the instructions of health officials. Flight attendant T.H.L.V. 8, who has a mild fever, headache, and sore throat, is being closely monitored. The other crew members are in good health.
To ensure the health of workers, medical equipment to prevent the epidemic – such as masks, hand sanitizers, disinfectants for the working area – has been provided thoroughly (Cre: HLDP).
To stay proactive in the prevention of the acute respiratory infection epidemic caused by the novel coronavirus, the Group has been issuing warnings and updating detailed instructions in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health.
