Participants include all employees of the corporation: Vietnamese employees, foreign employees working in Vietnam, local staff at foreign branches, and ALSIMEXCO’s attendants. 

The survey is focused on what matters most to VNA staff, including job characteristics, working condition, training and promotion, leaders & managers, colleagues, income, etc.

VNA is implementing Employee satisfaction evaluation survey from October 15 to October 28.  

The survey is conducted through VNA’s intranet system, participants can choose to take the survey using website or mobile application. For employees who do not have access to the IT system of the corporation, the survey can be conducted on paper. The survey is conducted anonymously and confidentially to ensure the accuracy of feedback and to protect employees’ right to privacy.
