Flights to and from Hongkong served by Vietnam Airlines and Jetstar Pacific will not be affected. We recommend passengers departing from Hong Kong Airport to arrive 3 hours prior to departure time. Passengers should also use in-town check-in services available at Hong Kong and Kowloon stations of the MRT network. 

Passengers planning to travel between Hong Kong and Vietnam during this period should regularly update information by vising Vietnam Airlines’ official Facebook page at www.facebook.com/VietnamAirlines, Vietnam Airlines’ website www.vietnamairlines.com, or contact agents nationwide and Customer Service at 1900 1100 (call within Vietnam) or +84 24 38320320 (call from abroad).
