Dat had been fascinated by the attraction of aviation since he was a little child. He was amazed and enthused by the sight of the gorgeous planes soaring across the heavens. He had no idea that she would someday play a crucial role in the legacy of VNA.

It all began on an amazing morning when Dat entered the VNA headquarters, full of expectation. His heart pounded with nervousness and excitement as he planned to go on a life-changing voyage. Dat couldn’t help but be mesmerized by the lively energy that radiated from VNA’s offices and airports as he toured the halls. Every member, from the carried-out ground staff to the skillful pilots, was motivated by a single desire—a love for aviation.

His first day was an amalgamation of emotions: he was overwhelmed yet motivated, anxious but driven. Dat’s adventure with Sabre-VNA began as a blank canvas waiting to be painted, and with each passing day, he got more profoundly engaged to both the airline and his coworkers.
Dat’s favorite recollection came of an evening he spent observing a seasoned flight attendant named Tram. Tram’s warm grin and soothing presence placed the passengers at rest. Tram taught Dat the art of empathy and the value of creating a comfortable flying experience, ensuring that each passenger’s journey was more than just a flight, but a treasured memory.

Dat also witnessed the incredible efforts of the maintenance team, who worked diligently behind the scenes to assure VNA’s fleet’s safety and airworthiness. Their passion grew on him as he learned about their rigorous attention to detail in ensuring that every component of the airplane worked flawlessly. Their dedication to the success of the airlines served as a model.

The amazing beauty of the sites he encountered along his voyage is central to Dat’s story. Each trip was a ticket to a new chapter in his life, from the green beaches of Nha Trang to the historical wonders of Ha Long Bay. Seeing the excitement on passengers’ cheeks as they witnessed these natural treasures reminded him of the significant influence VNA has on people’s lives.

Dat faced various hurdles throughout his time at Sabre-VNA. The fast-paced nature of the aviation sector put his resilience to the test, but it also developed him into a stronger person. He observed VNA’s achievements and hardships as it bravely weathered storms and market changes. The airline served as a beacon, leading both its personnel and passengers.

Dat acknowledges that VNA maintains a special place in his heart as he muses on his path. It is more than simply a company; it is a family. A family brought together by a shared love of connecting people and creating treasured moments. Every flight, encounter, and experience has left an indelible stamp of love and dedication on his soul.

As the sun sets on VNA’s 30th anniversary celebration, the stories told by VNAers ring strong. They are a memorial to the airline’s unwavering spirit, the enormous impact it has had on its staff and passengers, and the unbreakable tie that unites them all.

The heritage continues on in the hallowed halls of VNA, where dreams take flight.
