My name is Nham Thi Phuong Thuy, born in 1988. I joined the VNA family in 2012 as a representative of VASCO in Tuy Hoa. In April 2015, I moved to the VNA office in Tuy Hoa, and I have been working there ever since.
Actually, when I was informed that I had to move to VNA, I was very sad and confused. People told me, “VASCO is just a small pond, VNA is a big ocean.” That made me even more worried. But, thanks to the help and enthusiastic support of my seniors, I gradually adapted to the new environment. My professional skills were also improved. For me, my seniors are both my teachers and my friends. It was through their support and affection that my initial confusion and worry were gradually replaced by effort and determination.
Tuy Hoa Office is small, so everyone has to take on many positions simultaneously and works interchangeably to ensure both commercial and operational efficiency. Each individual is proactive in sales: finding customers through trade promotion programs of the Group and VNA Central Regional Office; monitoring and proposing measures to improve service quality; updating and implementing price lists, sales policies, regulations related to sales, as well as supporting agents in Tuy Hoa; coordinating in supervising proposals to increase/decrease the number of flights, handling unusual flights to ensure efficient flight operations; collecting, processing feedback from customers, receiving and handling customer complaints (within the granted authority); etc.
Maybe when doing so, it is difficult to fulfill each and every task superbly, and perhaps it is sometimes exhausting. But each person is carrying the responsibility of a national brand, so no matter how exhausting or challenging the work is, everybody is constantly trying and putting forth great effort, aiming towards the 5-star service goal together.
All of these efforts will undoubtedly be acknowledged and will bring forth remarkable results. VNA has risen above the regional level, becoming an international 4-star airline recognized by SKYTRAX for four consecutive years. This is a moment in which everyone will feel proud and emotional when looking back. This is not achieved only by the appropriate policies and directions by the Board of Directors but also by the contribution and efforts of each of us.

I myself am enthusiastic, sincere, and responsible. I think, in addition to learning and improving professional skills, as well as showing proper appearance and responsibility at work–under any circumstances–enthusiasm and sincerity will gain everyone’s affection and trust. This is especially true in the service industry, where the trust of customers is very important.
VNA is constantly improving the quality of its services in order to bring exceptionally high-quality services to meet customer needs. I believe, not only the Board of Directors but also every member within VNA is very enthusiastic, responsible, and attached to the company. Thereby, VNA will go further than 4-stars and will become a 5-star airline in 2021.
