In preparation for 2019 Arts Festival organized by Vietnam Airlines Group for Tan Son Nhat region, with the resolve to attain the highest prizes and reinforce the brand image of VIAGS’ people, on September 4, Mr. Le Cao The, VIAGS CEO, approved the establishment of the Steering Committee on Arts Performance.

Immediately after the establishment, on September 7, the Steering Committee mobilized the Arts Performance Team, including internal actors and dancers of VIAGS across the three regions. The team worked very hard with tight schedules in the spirit of urgency until the official performance (10 days of practice). Based on the fixed practice schedule: 8:30–12:00 in the morning, 14:00–17:00 in the afternoon, 18:00–21:00 in the evening, the 32-member team practiced tirelessly under the instruction of General Director – Artist Tran Thi Tam, choreographer Hong Thinh, and Minh Thu.

To be best prepared for the final of the 2019 Vietnam Airlines Spirit Arts Festival organized in Hanoi, the in-house actors of VIAGS practiced very hard, dressing up in sparkling performance costumes–as professional actors–to compete in show choir performance, choir performance, solo singing performance, and dance performance. They are the nuclei of mass arts activities in their units, nominated by the local Executive Committee of the Youth Union and Trade Union to join the festival. Their performance contributed to the success of VIAGS in particular and the Festival in general in terms of ideology, voice quality, technique, performance style, etc.

VIAGS shined on the stage of the 2019 Vietnam Airlines Spirit Arts Festival with a performance that was carefully and meticulously staged, organized, and rehearsed. The tremendous and distinctive production of the VIAGS Arts Performance Team made a strong impression on the Panel of Judges and the massive audience when telling a touching story about love for the job, for the country, the spirit of hard work, and pride in the engagement with Vietnam’s Aviation Industry.

Thanks to the instruction and due attention of the VIAGS Party’s Committee and Top Management, the VIAGS Arts Performance Team joined and fulfilled its mission in the 2019 Vietnam Airlines Spirit Arts Festival. With the desire to depict a VIAGS which is not only responsible – active – creative in professional activities, but also dynamic – confident – undaunted in every other aspect, the whole team shared the same resolve to deliver the most meaningful performance. This is also gratitude for the trust and favor of Top Management and Line Managers.

Their success is credited to the hard work of in-house actors, the due attention of Top Management, Trade Union, and Executive Committee of the Youth Union (who have always encouraged and supported the team in terms of facilities and spirit), by following up with the team to ensure that they could practice and give their best performance at the Festival. At the same time, their success is also attributed to the Line Manager’s encouragement and facilitation for VIAGS’ staff members to proactively participate.
