As an annual event of the SkyTeam Alliance in Vietnam, the Skyteam Networking Event 2019 is a tribute event to aviation agencies and partners. This is also an opportunity for the alliance to update its activities and benefits for passengers as well as travel agencies.
The networking event this year was held on the evening of September 26th at MGallery Hotel des Arts Saigon in Ho Chi Minh City as a part of the annual activities of the SkyTeam Alliance for ticket agencies and travel partners.

The event hosted nearly 30 travel agencies and 15 representatives from 11 SkyTeam Alliance member airlines in Vietnam. Travel agencies have been a direct and major selling channel of SkyTeam Alliance member airlines.

By providing nine customer-oriented solutions, including SkyPriority service; Digital Spine technology solution; business lounge; frequent flyer program; flight connection support; customer service; flight network and brand coverage and awareness; general commercial products and requirements for security, safety and quality criteria, Skyteam Alliance looks forward to better serving its passengers and taking care of their every step on each of their journies, following its slogan “Caring more about you.”

Skyteam Alliance consists of 19 members, 11 of which are presented in Vietnam, including: Air France KLM (AF / KL), Delta Airlines (DL), China Airlines (CI), China Eastern Airlines (MU), Garuda Indonesia (GA), Korean Air (KE), Kenya Airways (KQ), Aeroflot Russian Airlines (SU), Vietnam Airlines (VN), and Xiamen Airlines (MF).
