The current COVID-19 outbreak may keep our distance for working at the office and must do self-quarantine at home with long days off.
After staying at home, I find myself not relaxed, stress and avoid social distancing. My activities at home are working from home, home cooking, cleaning the house and vegetable gardening.

Before COVID-19 outbreak, I run one time per week (weekend) and join running events, but stopped events now. I love walking and running. At this moment do it nearly every day, 4-5 km per time.
Walking and running are a better way for me to go outside and get fresh air. However, I keep social distancing to stay 10-20 meters away from people on the street, when passing someone needs to be moving left/right 2 meters away.

My walking and running route is in my village, starting from my home and back. Before start begins with warming up 5-10 minutes and cooling down after finished.
