VNA cooperated with the four leading domestic tourism cities of Hanoi, Hue, Danang, and Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) in welcoming its first passengers of 2020 (Cre: VNA).

These welcoming ceremonies were initiated under the socio-economic cooperation agreements between VNA and the Municipal People’s Committees. They signaled a great start to the year and affirmed the development potential of both the aviation and tourism industries in 2020.

“With its modern fleet and world-class service quality, VNA operates over 400 flights/day and carries over 23 million international and domestic passengers per year. Acting as more than just a conventional airline, VNA is honored to be a cultural touchpoint for its passengers. Employing its strategies of network expansion and new-generation fleet, VNA will better satisfy the demands of both international and local tourists, now and into the future,” said a VNA spokesperson.

Compared to all other local carriers, VNA currently operates the highest number of routes at over 100, serving 22 domestic and 34 international destinations. It also carried the most passengers in 2019 –  over 23 million. In 2020, VNA will continue to bolster its flight network, enhance its service quality, and modernize its fleet, further attracting tourists to Vietnam.
