Vietnam Airlines to reschedule flights due to impact of storm Mitag

Vietnam Airlines regrets to announce that due to the impact of tropical storm Mitag in Taiwan, we will reschedule flights departing to/from Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport on 30 September 2019.

Flights between Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Shanghai on 1 October will be postponed until 2 October to ensure safety, including VN522, VN523, VN530, VN531.

Accordingly, affected flights will be delayed from 8 to 9 hours including flights VN570, VN573 between Ho Chi Minh City and Taipei, and VN578 from Hanoi to Taipei. Postponed until morning of 1 October, VN570 will depart from Ho Chi Minh City at 1:30AM, VN573 will depart from Taipei at 7:15AM and VN578 will depart from Hanoi at 2:10AM (local time).

Passengers travelling to/from cities affected by the storm Mitag including Taipei (Taiwan), Busan, Seoul (Korea), Shanghai, Hangzhou, Changzhou (China) are advised to update latest information pertaining to the weather and flight status and reschedule travel plan accordingly.
