With the focus on improving service quality, VNA has made significant progress over the past year, when it was presented the four-star airline award for its 4th consecutive year as well as many other awards by WTA.

Vietnamese cuisine from the traditional Pho flavor to typical seasonal specialties–such as lychee, longan, and so forth–has provided a bridge to introduce Vietnamese culture to a large number of domestic and foreign passengers. In addition, VNA’s Premium Economy class seats have also been constantly upgraded with a fleet of wide-body, modern Boeing 787-9 and Airbus A350 aircraft, which offer spacious and comfortable reclining seats, plus many other amenities for its passengers.

It is strongly believed that thanks to constant changes and improvement in raising the quality of services, VNA will continue to be honored in the following two categories: World’s Leading Airlines – Premium Economy Class, and World’s Leading Culture Airlines at the global-level WTA 2019.
