From January 1st, 2020, exclusive check-in counters and boarding gates will be set up for flyers between Hanoi and HCMC. At Noi Bai Airport, those flying from Hanoi to HCMC are exclusively served at the B1, B2, and B3 check-in counters. Likewise, at the Tan Son Nhat Airport, the B5, B6, and B7 check-in counters are reserved for those flying from HCMC to Hanoi. In addition, these check-in counters are placed in close proximity to the security checkpoints to save passengers walking time. Passengers can even save additional time by performing self-check-in via VNA’ mobile application, website, or check-in kiosks.
