The agreement is valid for one year from the date of signing until the end of December 31 2020.

According to the MOU, the obligations of Cong Cafe including:
- Provide 10% discount to Lotusmiles members on all menu of the Cong Cafe upon order after identifying membership at the store by mobile application or Lotusmiles membership card.
- Provide private spaces for Lotusmiles members in Yeonnam, Itaewon and Pangyo stores. Possible expansion will be considered in the future.
- Produce table tents for the purpose of providing information about joint promotion and place them in the stores.
- Organize promotional events on SNS with hashtag #Vietnam Airlines # Cong Cafe, etc.
- Consider providing space for events that are suitable for the concept of the Cong Cafe upon VN’s request.
- Cooperate to place VNA’s in-flight magazines and/or other VNA’s publications in locations where customers can see.
- Cooperate with VNA to conduct surveys with Cong Cafe customers.
- Consider sponsoring Cong Cafe products for VNA’s events.
The signing ceremony is a step forward of VNA in expanding international relations, bringing more products and services to customers, at the same time promoting the image of VNA as a 4-star international airlines in the market.
