VNA Events application is built to transmit information and increase interactivity when VNA members participate in the event. VNA Events include the management of event information such as: Agenda (event schedule), Presentation (documents), Speaker, Questions (questions for presenters), Survey (event survey) , Photos (event photos), Location (event location), QR Code (scan the QR code to confirm the participation).
By accessing event information via web browsers (Internet Explorer/ Chrome/ Safari, etc.) at http://events.vietnamairlines.com/Accounts/Login or via the mobile application on Apple IOS or Google Android platform, VNA members can access the full range of information and participate interactively during the event.
To use VNA’s Events application and to access “Service Conference 2019,” follow the instructions below:
1. Access on mobile devices for Android / IOS operating systems:
– Download and install the application “VNA Events” from Play Store or App Store.
Install the app by accessing the Play Store or App Store. (Screenshots).
– Login: Using the VNA Corporation Email account as the login account (similar to logging in on the Corporation’s Portal). External users (without a corporate email) need to use the account provided by the Corporation.
Log in and select the Service Conference 2019. (Screenshots).
Select “Next Event,” and then select “Service Conference 2019.” Event information (Agenda), speakers (Presenters), Documents (Presentation), event venue (Location) will be displayed in detail.

2. Registration for the event:
To confirm their participation, when arriving at the event, participants should log in to VNA Events, select “Service Conference 2019,” select “QR code” to scan the QR code shown outside the conference room. The organizing committee will receive check-in information as soon as the participants successfully scan the QR code of the event.
3. Join the discussion and raise questions to the speakers:
– Participants can select “Questions” to send questions to presenters or to join the discussions.
– The discussion of the event will be moderated by the Moderator.
4. Vote for the Service Team:
To vote for Service Teams, staff can select “Presentation” to watch the clips of each team and go to “Survey” to vote for the Service Team of their choice.
The Service Team with the most votes will be honored on Service Day on the afternoon of October 12, 2019.
