During the establishment and development of VIAGS, it is impossible not to mention the great contribution of women. They are wonderful wives, mothers, colleagues, and also well-respected employees in the company.

Under any circumstances, Vietnamese women always carry with them admirable qualities that were highly recognized by Uncle Ho, including “Heroism, Undauntedness, Loyalty, and Responsibility.” In particular, in the era of science and technology, they have increasingly developed to affirm themselves as creative and dynamic employees at work, women of honor in society.

Actually, it is not easy at all for females working in the aviation sector due to its challenging working environment and busy work schedule. Thus, the VIAGS leadership has always been paying attention to its employees, especially female members, through the adoption of welfare policies or regularly-organized dialogues to listen to their voice and expectations in order to create the most favorable working conditions for all staff members.

In a cheerful atmosphere to celebrate Vietnamese Women’s Day, October 20, the Trade Union, Company Leadership, Female Labor Board, and Board for the Advancement of Women under VIAGS in three regions have organized various activities for female employees, for example, organizing a village market, gathering to recall the tradition of October 20, holding parties, watching movies, and giving presents, etc.
