At the event, President of Saigon Bartenders Association (SBA) and member of the International Bartenders Association Vo Tan Si demonstrated the making of the 11 new cocktails which are to be served as signature drinks on a number of air routes operated by VNA.
Mr. Vo Tan Si is seen making one of the bespoke cocktails.
During the event, delegates have the opportunity to watch, enjoy and offer feedbacks on both the tastes and names of the cocktails.
The first signature drink “Vietnam Sky” offers a revived feeling of freshness.
The “Moc Chau plum season” cocktail has an impressive presentation and is suitable for those who like the slightly acrid taste like wine, especially for men.
The sweet notes of the “The scent of Mekong Delta and whiskey content make it good for the digestive system and suitable for long flights.
The “Shining field” cocktail has a harmonious taste with the distinct citrus smell of Grand Marnier.

VNA plans to launch its new list of cocktails in the business class on the following routes: Vietnam and France, England, Germany, Russia, Japan, Korea and Australia.
The 11 new cocktails will be released by VNA at various stages throughout the year. Flight attendants will be making the cocktails fresh upon request of passengers. Previously, VNA has served three signature drinks: Hello Vietnam, Red River, and “Saigon Sunshine”
