The service is applied to international flights operated by VNA. Passengers with confirmed booking codes and valid tickets can use the self-check-in kiosk counters from 60 minutes to 24 hours before departure time.

The service is not applied to passengers who require special services or travel with children under 02 years old.

Check-in kiosks are located next to the traditional VNA check-in counters.

Check-in Kiosks are located right next to VNA's traditional check-in counter in Frankfurt Airport, making it convenient for passengers to use the service. VNA ground staffs will regularly be present at the check-in kiosks to support passengers.

VNA will implement self-service check-in kiosks along with other airlines.

With constant efforts to bring more benefits to passengers, self-service kiosk check-in have been implemented at major Vietnamse and Japanese airports (Noi Bai, Da Nang, Tan Son Nhat, Narita, Fukioka, Kansai). VNA plans to expand this service to Changi, Incheon, Hongkong, Heathrow airports etc. in the future.
