Kiosk check-in provides a convenient way for travellers to avoid the hassle of queuing and saves time compared to counter check-in. Heathrow joins international airports Narita, Kansai, Fukuoka (Japan), Incheon (Korea) and Frankfurt (Germany) in offering this service for VNA passengers.

Passengers can check in, select their seat and print their boarding pass from 24 hours to 60 minutes prior to departure. Passengers without checked baggage can proceed directly to the security/immigration area with their printed boarding passes.
Heathrow Airport is the ninth airport to implement VNA’ check-in kiosk service. In the future, this service will also be implemented at Haneda, Nagoya (Japan), Busan (Korea), Guangzhou (China), Hong Kong and Singapore airports.
VNA attaches great importance to integrating advanced technology, leveraging the potential of IT 4.0 to further enhance seamless customer travel experiences both onground and inflight. VNA aims to become a digital airline by 2020.
VNA is the only carrier offering nonstop services between Vietnam and the UK, with daily flights including four from Hanoi and three from Ho Chi Minh City, operated by state-of-the-art Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft.
