Promoting tourism and brand image at World Tourism Fair

From 5th to 7th November, VNA participated in the World Tourism Fair (WTM) 2018 at the Excel exhibition center, London, UK. This is the world’s annual second largest tourism fair.

WTM London is the leading global event for the travel industry to meet experts and conduct business deals. Every year, the event attracts thousands of tourism experts as well as politicians from all over the world. With nearly 40 years of development, WTM London has proven to be a big playground for travel businesses.

Participating in the fair, VNA had the opportunity to introduce its products, 4-star service, and conducted many events to attract visitors to VNA’s booth.

At the press conference within the fair, VNA’s representative shared that the fair had significantly contributed to Vietnamese tourism. As the national carrier and a 4-star airline certified by Skytrax for 3 consecutive years, VNA is happy to represent Vietnam in WTM 2018. It was also reported that the airline operated seven flights per week between London and Vietnam with a steady growth.

London WTM 2018 attracted more than 5,000 organizations and companies and 51,000 visitors who are tourism experts, travel agency, journalists, and people interested in tourism.

At the fair, there were workshops on tourism trends, discussing issues in the industry, as well as innovative ways to improve service quality.
