One of the major changes is that Delta One and visitors to the over 50 Delta Sky Clubs around the world will find French-made LE LABO’s (known best for candles and perfumes) artisanal fragrance products on the ground and onboard.
The upgraded amenity kits for its Delta One, Delta Premium Select, Delta Comfort+ and Main Cabin long-haul travellers will include products such as a dental kit made from an eco-friendly bamboo (Cre: Delta).
Delta One amenity kits will feature a TUMI pouch, a TUMI sleepmask, lotion and lip balm from LE LABO, hand cleanser, dental kit, socks and a pen.
Delta Premium Select kits will have an MALIN+GOETZ lip moisturiser, a cleansing towelette, a sleep mask, socks and a dental kit.
And inside the Main Cabin and Comfort+ kit, passengers will have access to cleansing towelette, a sleep mask, a dental kit and ear plugs. Additionally, both kits have been updated to include packaging sourced from customer photos, featuring real snapshots from around the globe curated through #SkyMilesLife.
According to Ekrem Dimbiloglu, Delta’s director — onboard product and customer experience, “These elevated offerings will complement the industry-leading service that Delta people are known for. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed with customers’ needs in mind.
“From a rejuvenating lineup of skin care products to help customers decompress, to small touches like a new hand cleansing towelette – these updates are a direct result of listening to our customers to understand what they value most and what would make their inflight experience even better. No matter where you’re sitting, we’re providing more reasons than ever to look forward to travelling with Delta.”
Delta also says it will soon introduce some fresh additional onboard enhancements such as the new and improved ear buds and headsets.
