China team: Let’s meet again at Sales Day 2020!

The internal communication team received a lot of positive feedbacks from oversea staff regarding the recent Sales Day. It was a wonderful experience for us as well as everyone involved. Let’s first take a look at the feedbacks from Mr. Sun Ying of China team!

Venue:

– As the headquarter, Hanoi is the core of  VNA, we start from here, develop at here, here lies the collective power of the company. It is the most important phase for the Sales Day. Daewoo hotel is a little bit old, but the conference room design is charming, it brightened us.

– NCS and VAECO visit were good opportunities for the branches to understand more about our company, our service, and our qualification. Thanks to the tour, we got detailed information to share with our customers;

– Ha Long is a classic landscape for most of us, but this time, a lot of positive changes have refreshed our previous impressions. New highway, new harbor, new resort such as Vin Pearl. All this is important information for a sales person. Even if we had only one day at Vin Pearl, and it was not so convenient due to complex transportation, but it was a helpful experience for later product design. 

Organization: Vietbar tour was professional for swiftly managing transportations, tour guide, schedule/agenda update. Ha Long Bay tour was very well-aligned with the main event, safe and interesting.

Together with EVP Trinh Ngoc Thanh and Corporate Planning Director Nguyen Quang Trung.

Modality: This part was definitely one of bright spots of Sales Day. No formalism, much more practical problems. As we all know, data and PPT are important for sales department, it is a way to finalize results clearly and quickly, but on-site meeting is boring and frankly a waste time. The HDQ was very smart in organizing the events. We need information from the HDQ, as we don’t really have access to it, whereas I believe HDQ related departments already knew every details regarding the branches. So less presenting and more talking. We used the free time to discuss concerning questions and case studies, it was very effective and intimate.

Degree of participation: This was the second bright spot of Sales Day. Each team came in prepared, but they could also improvise if needed. I believe everyone at the event  enjoyed the atmosphere. It is what we call cooperation and uniting. It means we are family.

I can say, it was a very successful Sales Day, exceeded our expectation. The whole event was full of new ideas and updates. The world is changing, we already started. Thanks & Hope to see you all next year! Cheers!
